We are delighted to announce that we have secured a fantastic deal for you and your teammates at The Village Hotel in Hull, the official hotel partner of the Yorkshire Masters Basketball Tournament. This modern and stylish hotel offers comfortable rooms, a state-of-the-art gym, a heated indoor pool, and a Starbucks coffee shop. The hotel is also conveniently located just 15 minutes away from the tournament venue by car.

Once your team has been confirmed entry to the tournament, we will send you a unique discount code that you can use to book your rooms online or by phone. Based on two people sharing, the tournament rate is only £90 per room per night. This rate includes a complimentary breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold options to fuel your performance.

The hotel is also the venue for our tournament dinner and disco, which will take place on the Saturday night of the competition. This is a great opportunity to celebrate your achievements, mingle with other players, and enjoy some delicious food and drinks.

Meal

The social will be held on Saturday evening at the Village Hotel in Hull. The 3-course meal is £35 per person and also includes a disco with a cash bar. We will require a 50% (£17.50) non-refundable deposit to secure your place at the meal/disco by May 14th, with the final balance due on July 23rd. This year’s menu has been carefully selected to tantalize your taste buds. Begin with a starter of Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup, drizzled with basil oil and accompanied by freshly baked croutons. For the main course, choose from:

• Lemon and Tarragon Chicken Breast served with Spring Onion Mash, chargrilled vegetables, and a grain mustard sauce;

• Roast Sirloin of Beef with Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables, and a rich red wine sauce;

• Oyster Mushroom and Asparagus Risotto for a delightful vegetarian option.

Conclude your meal with a dessert of Salted Chocolate and Caramel Tart, served with a duo of sauces and a dollop of whipped cream. We look forward to sharing this memorable evening with you.
